Intricately patched velvet “boota’s” on silk are embellished with signature “zardoz-resham” flowers and aesthetic “dapka-naqshi” jaal placements. The much celebrated “Mehraab” and “Chevron” patterns find home in this edit reminiscing of the age-old “chatta-patti” techniques. Matched to a chudidaar-shaneel choli and double odhanas this ensemble owes its inspiration to the much loved silhouette of “Undivided Hindostan”.
