REFUND / RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- We adhere to a no return only exchange policy. Exchange will be permitted at the value of original sale, exchange can be made only within seven working days from the date of purchase.

- Custom-made ensembles are not contained under our exchange policy.

 

- No return on discounted merchandise.

 

- We will not accept the product-

(a) If it has been damaged by you

(b) If it's altered as per specs shared by you

(c) If it has been worn

 

-If you do not wish for an exchange then the refund will only be in the form of credit note which is valid upto 90 days from the date of purchase.

 

- For any exchange the merchandise must carry the barcode and the bill must be produced at the time of exchange.
